Online Shopping
When placing an online order you will receive an email confirmation or your order details. If, for any reason, Nutribuz doesn’t have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a refund or to let you know how long till we have stock.
Order & Payment Options
The following order and payment options are currently available:
Order Online – Pay with VISA or MasterCard (secure gateway).
Pay with PayPal.
Pay by Direct Deposit. (online transfer of fund or cash deposit into our account. Nutribuz bank details provided on the order).
Order by telephone.
Full payment is required prior to shipping or pick up. In the case of direct deposits payment is required to show as deposited in to Nutribuz’ account prior to shipping or pick up.
Shipping Policy
- We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Nutribuz Online Store (www.nutribuz.com).
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
- For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 3 – 5 business days after order verification and credit approval.
- All shipments are processed in West Malaysia.
- We do not deliver to P.O boxes
- Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
- Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery.
Delivery Times
When your order has been processed and money received, your item will be dispatched as soon as we possibly can. During the normal working week this would the same day or the next day depending on when we receive the final payment.
Orders will generally be dispatched out of our Kuala Lumpur so the delivery times will generally be 1 – 3 working days, sometimes more depending on Malaysia post.
